Tanzania Event Deployment

On 1 October a Qatar-based client asked for technical management support at an event in Tanzania. A capable Technical Manager and Project Manager had to be on the ground by 3 October. The event ran on 5 and 6 October, with return travel on 7 October.

The challenge was not finding someone who could travel. It was finding someone who could walk into an unfamiliar project, understand the client's expectations, manage local suppliers and take ownership of the technical execution.

In a matter of days we had to

Once in Tanzania, our project manager worked directly with the client in Qatar to understand and execute their requirements while coordinating with local vendors and technical teams.
