Exhibition scope

For a major international maritime defence exhibition and conference in Doha, Reson8 was brought in to manage and deliver the complete AV scope across 29 exhibition stalls.

  • Rigging and structural AV coordination
  • Exhibition and architectural lighting
  • Custom-built LED solutions
  • Projection mapping
  • Audio systems
  • On-site AV project management
  • Resource planning and manpower optimisation
  • Coordination between multiple technical teams, exhibitors and stakeholders

The challenge

The challenge was not simply to install AV across 29 stalls. It was to deliver every stall safely, consistently and on schedule, while optimising manpower, equipment and installation workflows across the entire exhibition floor.

The opening ceremony

Reson8 was also entrusted with the technical delivery and project management of the opening ceremony, a high-profile national event. Our team worked directly with the production requirements and senior stakeholders, translating their vision and operational requirements into a technically executable production.

  • Dynamic kinetic LED technology
  • Large-format visual systems
  • Dolby Atmos immersive sound
  • Advanced show control and playback
  • Technical production management
  • Complete show running and execution

From initial technical planning through installation, testing, rehearsals and the live show, Reson8's team managed the execution on the ground.

Outcome

29 exhibition stalls. A high-profile national opening ceremony. Multiple complex technologies. One integrated delivery team.
