The client needed a consistent technical operation that delivered the same quality, reliability and brand experience in every country and location.

Every location needed trained technical professionals who understood AV technology and also the client's platforms, workflows, production standards and operating culture.

Reson8 recruited, trained, deployed and operationalised approximately 280 technical and production personnel across 26 locations in Asia: 14 studios built and supported with trained technical teams, and 12 event spaces operationalised for live events, launches, streaming, gaming and corporate productions.

The result was a people, technology and process ecosystem able to operate at global scale, with delivery aligned to the client's global brand, technology and operational expectations.
